Dimensional stability is an important property of our technical textiles. It refers to the fabric's ability to retain its shape and appearance even under changing conditions, or at least to ensure that these characteristics only change slightly. This property should be maintained over as wide a temperature range as possible, so that the goods remain dimensionally stable even when subjected to pressure, tension and thermal load.
