As a textile company with a long tradition, we see it as our task to make it easier for young people to enter the world of work and to provide them with professional training. Whether a textile technologist specializing in mechatronics or finishing, a commercial clerk or a laboratory assistant specializing in textiles - our wide range of specializations offers various career prospects.

Training in the textile industry is very practice-oriented and goes far beyond the imparting of theoretical knowledge. Apprentices work in various areas of the company from the very beginning and thus gain a comprehensive insight into the individual (production) processes.

On average, we train twelve young professionals in the various departments and are constantly on the lookout for motivated and committed junior staff. At AG Cilander, newcomers can expect an open-minded corporate culture and a wide range of future prospects.
