ALUMO to become wholly-owned subsidiary of AG Cilander

As of October, we will acquire 100 percent of the Swiss company ALUMO AG. By acquiring the world leader in ultra-fine cotton fabrics, we expand into a new market segment, setting the course for successfully broadening our product portfolio and tapping into new sales markets.
